This is the home of volleyball in the Tees Valley area.We are part of
the
wider area covered by NEVA (North of England Volleyball Association)
which includes the Northern Counties (Tyneside) and collectively we are members of the EVA (English
Volleyball Association.
On
these pages you will find the TVVA local leagues and match results as
well as
the fixture listings. Using the navigation buttons you can access
information on local clubs, web links to other sites, volleyball
information, a photo gallery
and much more. Please visit this site regularly and help it grow by
contributing your volleyball news and information. We would like to
publish match reports, links to other sites, event information,
volleyball images and generally, all things volleyball!

Match Reports & News
League
Tables
The Leagues commence in September and close in May. The
League
Tables will be up-dated at least weekly during this period.
Fixtures The fixtures for each season are
available on this site. Use the navigation buttons to go direct to the
on-line version to check match dates or download a hard copy (PDF
format) from the resources page. Please note that the latest fixture listing is
posted here. Check the 'Latest News' notes on the fixtures page for late changes.
Player Register The League Rules require all players to be registered
with the TVVA. This list of registered players will be accessible to club
committee members via this site through issue of a user name and password.
The details collected will also help us build an age profile of players in
the area and help in any funding applications.

Volley
123 Is an EVA accreditation scheme to help new and
existing clubs to
develop and improve the way they operate
and to establish procedures that need to be in place to ensure
that good practice in club development work becomes standard across the
country. Both Nunthorpe and Marske Volleyball Clubs have achieved Level 1
accreditation demonstrating this commitment.

TVVA Funding
Applications The TVVA have limited funds but
will consider funding support for Tees Valley clubs and
members. If you wish to apply for funding, please complete
an application form. You can download an application form
from the Resources page.
Photo
Gallery Do you have any digital photographs
you would like to share? If so, why not have them
published
in the Gallery on the
TVVA website? Just send them as an email attachment along with a little
information regarding the image. However, please ensure before you send any image that you have
copyright for the image and that you agree to its free distribution.
Please also ensure you have the consent of the persons appearing in your
image. If the image is from a tournament, you should have been asked to
have signed for permission to take photographs.
National League Training
The TVVA now have a ladies National
League side called Tees Valley. If you are interested in playing for the
team, please contact
Jackson Sweeting for more details.
Similarly, Middlesbrough College have both mens and ladies National
League squads. Coach
David Goodchild runs training
sessions for both male & female players. If you are interested in attending any of these sessions
or joining the squads please contact David by email or on 07789274997.
English Volleyball Association National Leagues National League is the top
Volleyball Competition in England for Clubs. The Tees Valley has a team in
the women's Division 3 North leagues W3N (Tees Valley) and Middlesbrough
College also has teams in both the men's and women's north
leagues (M3N and W3N).

due to lack of
use and the amount of spam that was being received through it. If there
